Scallop pasta with all the veggies

This pasta is all-time! Here’s what you need: Scallops - scallops can be super expensive. Some fish stores sell “broken scallops” which are a bit less expensive and basically just means that restaurants won’t buy them because they are not a perfect round shape Pasta - I use the jovial brown rice spaghetti Veggies - I use spinach and asparagus LemonButter - I use just a bit of Myokos vegan butterParm - Used a little bit of the Viola parm Here’s what you do: Cook the pasta according to the directions Saute the scallops in either olive oil or butter Saute the vegetables in olive oilAdd the cooked pasta to the vegetables, squeeze some lemon (I used a 1/2) and add some butter (I uesd a tablespoon)Add in the scallops and top with some parm
