Here to serve that sunday night fried rice craving

Here’s what you need:Rice - I use brown rice, and often buy the whole foods frozen brown rice (i.e. this is extremely easy to make) Eggs Whatever veggies you want/have (I tend to use broccoli, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, peas, spinach)Coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and hot sauce if desired Here's how you make it: Make the rice / microwave the rice depending on the route you take  Saute veggies in a little bit of coconut aminos, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar Add in the rice and more of the coconut aminos/sesame oil/rice wine vinegar to tasteTop with hot sauce and/or avocado if you’d like!
