Hi, I’m Britt Essey Mikkelsen.

I’m a certified Health Coach in New York City. I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and focus on health and wellness using an integrative, holistic approach. I’ll be your lifestyle and nutrition coach on your path to a happier, healthier life.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together.

We will create a personalized plan based on your unique situation to help you become your best self and develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Does a lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Together we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
