Don’t sleep on poke bowls

I love seafood, especially raw fish (is that weird to say?). These poke bowls seriously hit the spot and are extremely easy (no cooking required, just assembling).

Here’s what you need:

  1. Sushi grade fish - I got salmon, tuna and whitefish. I just asked which fish were sushi grade at a nearby seafood store, and that is what I got!

  2. Avocado

  3. Seaweed salad - I think most fish stores will have this.

  4. Rice - I usually don’t add rice because I like it to be lighter, but you can definitely do that!

Not pictured - I also made an easy spicy mayo. All that you need is avocado mayo, cholula, coconut aminos and a little bit of sesame oil. Simple as that!
