New desert alert: siete mexican shortbread

I’m a fan of pretty much everything Siete does, and the Mexican Shortbread cookies are no exception.

Think churro flavoring - cinnamon sugar-y with a great crunch. If you’ve tried the Siete Churro chips, they taste very similar. I loved the chips but didn’t really know how to eat them (anyone else feel this way??!). They were a desert flavor, but a chip, so just did not satisfy me as a desert but felt too sweet to just snack on during the day. The Mexican Shortbread really steps in there and gives me the same flavor profile but in a true desert form. Am I crazy? Maybe.
